Mervat Al-Kashef Ph.D. in Nursing. I am working now as an assistant professor at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University and also an associate professor in the Department of Maternity, Gynecology and Obstetrics Nursing, Faculty of Nursing, Port Said University, Arab Republic of Egypt. I now hold the position of Head of the Nursing Department at the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences in Wadi Al-Dawasir Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia. I have several papers, papers, and published articles and are presented in international and local journals and conferences.
I graduated from the Faculty of Nursing at Port Said University with honors with the first degree in 1998 and then I got a master’s degree in nursing for maternity and gynecology and obstetrics in 2004 with appreciation with distinction and then I got a doctorate in nursing sciences specializing in maternity and gynecology and obstetrics in 2009 and then I got Associate professor degree from the same college 2019. I work as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences in Wadi Al-Dawasir Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2009
I have many contributions to Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University in the field of teaching, student activities, community service, and quality and accreditation work. And I took several administrative positions in the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences, Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, in addition to the awards and scientific degrees.

EDUCATION

- (2019): Promotion to associate professor degree, Department of Maternity, Obstetrics &Gynecology. Faculty of Nursing, Port-said University, Port-Said, Egypt.
- (2009): PhD in Maternity, Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing, faculty of Nursing, Port
Said University, thesis title (Prevalence of low hemoglobin among parturient women in port said, and its relation to Maternal and Neonatal outcome)

(2004): Master’s degree in Maternity, Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing, Faculty of Nursing, Port Said University (General appreciation of excellence), Thesis title “The prevalence of Stress Urinary Incontinence in Women during Pregnancy and Postpartum".

Bachelor of Nursing, 1998, Faculty of Nursing, Port Said University General Grade excellent with first honors degree.
