PhD student in Food Sciences (CNPQ grantee) at the Laboratory of Food Microbiology, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of São Paulo (2017). Master in Food Sciences (Fapesp Scholarship) at the Laboratory of Food Microbiology, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of São Paulo (2014-2016). Graduated in Food Sciences from the Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture - ESALQ / USP (2007-2011), during this period he was internship with scientific initiation at the Laboratory of Physiology and Biochemistry Postharvest of Fruits and Vegetables in the Department of Biological Sciences of ESALQ / USP (Fapesp Fellow). Improvement in Food Microbiology focusing on Public Health by the Adolfo Lutz Institute in the Department of Bromatology and Chemistry (2012-2014). She is an associate researcher at the Food Research Center (FoRC), one of the FAPESP-supported Research, Innovation and Dissemination Centers. Experience in the area of ​​Food Science, acting on the following subjects: cross contamination in ready-to-eat meat products, pathogenic bacteria, food microbiology, qPCR and food hygiene and safety.
