Dr Ehijiele Ekienabor is a Director at Ekiens Nig. Ltd. He has a wide array of experience as an entrepreneur in small scale business in Nigeria. He is now a lecturer at Igbinedion University Okada, Nigeria. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration, an M.Sc. degree in Business Administration and a PhD in Management, Igbinedion University Okada, Nigeria. His research and teaching interests are in the areas of human resources management, entrepreneurship development/small scale industries, marketing management, organizational behaviour, banking management, foreign direct investment, poverty, and Poverty Alleviation in sub-Saharan Africa, management ethics across the globe and Nigeria’s political and social development.
