Abdul Rehman Javed is a lecturer at the Department of Cyber Security, Air University, Islamabad, Pakistan. He worked with National Cybercrimes and Forensics Laboratory, Air University, Islamabad, Pakistan. He received his Master's degree in Computer Science from National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, Islamabad, Pakistan. He is a reviewer of many well-known journals, including, Sustainable cities and society (Elsevier), Journal of Information Security and Applications (Elsevier), IEEE Access, and International Journal of Ad Hoc and Ubiquitous Computing (Inderscience). His current research interests include but are not limited to mobile and ubiquitous computing, data analysis, knowledge discovery, data mining, natural language processing, smart homes, and their applications in human activity analysis, human motion analysis, and e-health. He aims to contribute to interdisciplinary research of computer science and human-related disciplines. He has authored more than over 10 peer-reviewed articles on topics related to cybersecurity, mobile computing, and digital forensics.

My research interests include but are not limited to mobile and ubiquitous computing, data analysis, knowledge discovery, data mining, natural language processing, smart homes, and their applications in human activity analysis, human motion analysis, and e-health. He aims to contribute to interdisciplinary research of computer science and human-related disciplines.
