Employability of commerce graduates has seemed as a critical concern in higher education due to the widening gap between academic learning and industry prospects. Regardless of acquiring subject knowledge, many commerce graduates look challenges in securing suitable employment owing to deficiencies in essential employability skills. This study aims to evaluate the employability skills gap among commerce graduates and detect key areas requiring academic and institutional intervention in Vet Institute of Arts and Science College (VETIAS). The present study focuses on core employability dimensions such as communication skills, analytical ability, digital skill, problem-solving skills, teamwork, compliance, and professional ethics. A descriptive research design will be followed, and primary data will be collected through a well-structured questionnaire administrated to final -year commerce students.
