The utilization of prototypes can significantly impact the success of introducing new products in today's competitive global market. Virtual prototypes are widely used to reduce design risks, accelerate innovation, and shorten development time. A comprehensive approach is necessary for the design and development of the product, which involves the creation of performance-based simulation modules that replace physical prototypes. A methodology is proposed in this study to create a virtual prototype of a toy model, from concept to simulate the actual working environment. The purpose was to create a new product with minimized risk of failure and meet the required specifications. The approach aided in identifying and resolving potential issues, preventing inefficient use of resources, and improving overall system performance. In this study, a methodology is proposed to utilize virtual prototypes in visualizing, simulating, and exhibiting the real-time dynamic response and behaviour at the system-level functioning of products. This approach enabled the creation of performance-based simulation models that were crucial in testing and optimizing product behaviour while minimizing the risk of failure and ensuring the required specifications were met. Virtual prototypes also proved to be valuable test tools in validating product designs, serving as substitutes for physical prototypes. The results of this study demonstrated the effectiveness of virtual prototypes as aids in the design and development of products.

Abstract Study the mechanical properties for materials to enhance the high strength and durability, wear & tear resistance and cost efficient. The coating can be carried out on various materials done by using different methods of coating based on requirements. Properties will be improved by different coating alloys to improve mechanical properties of materials. Due to their distinctive short-range ordered and long-range disordered atomic organisation; amorphous elements offer higher elastic elasticity and superior corrosion and wear resistance compared to conventional materials. The issues that arise during high temperature coating preparation methods, such as laser cladding and thermal spraying, are first briefly discussed in this overview. Metals are undercooled frozen liquids in the form of bulk metallic glasses.
