Jitendra is a Research Scholar in MBA division at Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad, India. He received his master degree in Business Management with specialization in marketing from Babasaheb Bheemrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh India. His research interests include marketing, Information technology, operations management, sales promotion, consumer behavior, information strategy & IT-enabled services, strategic management, blockchain business applications and so on.

He has obtained a post-graduation degree in Master of Business Administration from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow, India. As graduation, he has completed a degree in Bachelor of Technology (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) from Babu Banarasi Das Northern India Institute of Technology, Lucknow, India
