Improving weater temperatura in pountry farms using photovoltaics systems in mezquital valley

20.5083° N 99.2188°W are the geographical coordinates where you can localize Los Tres Kalines poultry farm. The poultry farm is in Ixmiquilpan, Mexico but the weather in the town didn’t let to laying hens eggs increase production. Laying hens are so much stressed by the wheatear. Temperature is the most important condition to less stressed. Winter and some mounts for example November and March in Ixmiquilpan are colder than the eggs production less in this season. Poultry farm needs so many red lights to increase the temperature in situ but the cost of electricity for red lights is expensive. This research propose install a Solar Photovoltaic System (SPS) to improve temperature condition

GLOBAL RADIATION PYRANOMETER V1.3 PROTOTYPE

The high costs and necessity of data from solar energy due to the lack of it which are obtained by satellites images with the purpose of locate solar systems in the best zone initiated the development of a global irradiation pyrometer prototype. It was manufactured with a solar module Solartec and it produces 17.7 Volts and 0.9 Amperes. Pyranometer has a data logger Novus I with two channels, these components were selected according to ISO 9060 Rew 2018. Global irradiation pyranometer had worked since 2014, v1.3 was calibrated with Renewable Energy Laboratory of Technological University of Mezquital Valley according with ISO 9847:1992 however in this research we used ISO 9847:2023 to calibrate it because actually the solar resource is still being registered. In conclusion global irradiation pyranometer is chipper than industrial pyranometers, the programming of our prototype is easy and it has a nice procedure to calculate irradiation in Wm-2 and insolation in Kwh-1m-2day-1.
