I am a researcher and human rights professional with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences from Alexandria University, Egypt (1993).
Over the years, I have focused on environmental protection, sustainable development, and the intersection between environmental issues and human rights.
Currently, I am affiliated with MAS Association for Human Rights, where I work on projects related to civil society advocacy, environmental justice, and community-based research.
I am passionate about using evidence-based research to promote social justice and support policies that safeguard human and environmental rights.

FUTURE PROJECTS

Integrating Environmental Science and Human Rights: Community-Based Approaches for Sustainable Development in Mauritania

This project aims to investigate the intersection of environmental protection and human rights in Egypt, focusing on community-based initiatives. The research will analyze how local communities can participate in sustainable development, mitigate environmental risks, and advocate for their rights. The goal is to develop evidence-based strategies that empower citizens and influence policy.
