Biography

Dr. Hj. Rosyetti S.E., M.Si. is a writer who works as a permanent lecturer at state universities, namely at the University of Riau, which until now the author is still actively teaching in the Undergraduate Program (S1) and the Postgraduate Program (S2) in the Department of Economics, Development Economics Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University , starting from 1988 until now. The author was born in Pekanbaru, Riau Province in 1963
