Prof. Dr. Dra. Hj. Sri Indarti, M.Si. A writer who works as a permanent lecturer at Riau University State Universities who until now has been actively teaching in the Undergraduate Program (S1) Department of Management, Postgraduate Program (S2) Master of Management and Doctoral Program (S3) Management Science Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau. began to actively teach since 1989 until now. The author was born Sungai Salak in 1964
