Biography

Dr. Aarti Joshi is a distinguished academic leader, currently serving as the Dean of the Faculty of Management at RK University. With more than two decades of experience in the fields of higher education, research, training, and entrepreneurship, she has established herself as a visionary educator, a decisive leader, and a passionate mentor. She is internationally certified as a trainer, project manager, and life coach, and is widely recognized for her ability to integrate innovation, optimism, and practical insights into academia. Dr. Joshi’s work spans management, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and multidisciplinary research, making her contributions deeply relevant to the challenges and opportunities of today’s fast-changing world. Her research and publications are widely respected, and she has guided several students and young scholars towards impactful academic contributions.
