Biography

I am Abhishek Thakur, Associate Professor at Chitkara University, HP, with 15+ years of experience in academia and research, serving as Nodal Officer (AIU-CUHP-AADC) and Coordinator at E & ICT Academy, IIT Roorkee. Published 28 Scopus-indexed papers, 6 SCI publications, 49 research articles, 1 patent, and 4 books; supervised 5 PG students and contributed to 12 national conferences, with 3 organized and 1 ongoing. Holds a Ph.D. in Image Forensics using Machine Learning from Thapar University, an MBA (IT) from Symbiosis Pune, and completed an AI & IoT internship from IIT Kanpur and a Machine Learning certification from Edureka & Intellipaat. Actively engaged in professional development with 20+ workshops/FDPs organized, including 8 under AIU and 5 under E & ICT Academy, IIT Roorkee, along with 3 professional memberships. Expertise in Digital Signal, Image, and Video Processing, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and Data Science applications.
