Lead Researcher · CamelWay
Research Interests
Exosomal Epigenetics, Microbiome Modulation, Low-Temperature Spray Drying (LTSD) technology.
Biography
Independent researcher and Lead Researcher at CamelWay, specializing in the intersection of functional nutrition and gastrointestinal pathology. My work focuses on the gut-brain axis, exosomal epigenetics (specifically miR-148a-3p), and the structural preservation of bioactives through Low-Temperature Spray Drying (LTSD). I bridge the gap between rigorous biochemical analysis and clinical applications of specialized dairy to treat IBD, IBS, and neurodevelopmental disorders.
