Biography

Dr. Alok Garg is an accomplished academician and researcher, currently holding the position of Associate Professor in the Chemical Engineering Department at the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur, India. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur in 2005, followed by a Master's and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Thapar University, Patiala, India, in 2012 and 2017, respectively. With over 16 years of combined teaching and research experience at Thapar University, Patiala, and NIT Hamirpur, Dr. Garg has established himself as a leading expert in the field. His research focus lies in wastewater treatment, photocatalysis, and anti-cancer activity, specializing in modeling and optimization using Artificial Neural Network and Response Surface Methodology. Dr. Garg's contributions extend beyond the classroom, with a prolific publication record that includes numerous research articles in reputable journals and conference proceedings.
