Biography
Dr. Agnivesh Yadav is an Assistant Professor of Horticulture (Vegetable Science) at United University, Prayagraj, India. He completed his Ph.D. from Acharya Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology, Ayodhya, with specialization in vegetable breeding and genetics. His research focuses on heterosis, combining ability, genetic variability, and crop improvement in vegetable crops such as brinjal, onion, and tomato. Dr. Yadav has published several research and review papers in NAAS-rated journals and contributed to multiple book chapters and manuals in horticulture. He also serves as a reviewer for reputed journals. In addition to teaching and research, he is actively involved in extension activities and academic administration, including coordination of the National Service Scheme (NSS).
