Biography
Alberto Tama was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, on July 24, 1962. He is Professor of Biomass, Biofuels and Biogas with International University Center of Barcelona (UNIBA), affiliated center to the University of Barcelona and Master in Renewable Energies' Thesis Tutor with International University of Valencia, both of them in Spain. He is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE). In the professional practice, he has developed his work in the field of Electrical Engineering. He is author of several books and articles in this area of knowledge, currently dedicated to the research related to interference and electromagnetic compatibility, concerning numerical techniques for use in electromagnetism, as well as Life Cycle Analysis of different non-conventional renewable sources. On September 2022, Science Publishing Group, distinguished him with the appointment of Editorial Board Member of American Journal of Energy Engineering (AJEE).
