PhD candidate in Social, Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Brasília (UnB), with a Master’s degree in Administration (UNIR) and a background in Law. Research interests include work and organizational psychology, mental health and work, gender studies, human rights education, and public policy, with emphasis on interdisciplinary and critical approaches.
