Biography

Antonio Boada is a well-rounded professional with over 30 years of extensive experience in university teaching and more than 10 years as a business consultant, specializing in Finance (Master's degree) and Computational Statistics (Specialist). His consulting work has focused on Demand Planning and Supply Chain in direct sales companies (such as Avon Cosmetics and Tupperware), where he developed hybrid predictive statistical models (combining classical frequentist statistics with Bayesian dynamic linear models) for automated demand forecasting. In addition to his experience applying econometric and financial models for stock valuation and quantifying percentage errors in forecasts, Boada is recognized as a researcher and has been a key figure in educational innovation at CEIPA, promoting the constructivist pedagogical model based on problem-based learning and the use of technology to achieve competency parity across different study modalities.
