Biography
PhD in Food Technology, currently Assistant Professor of Food and Nutrition and previously a Senior Research Fellow at Banda University. Over 3.8 years as lecturer conducting food testing labs. Experienced lab analyst ensuring FDA/FSSAI compliance. Leading research on floral rewards and honey nutraceuticals. Skilled in operating instruments (ICP-MS, LCMS/MS, GCMS/MS) and agricultural practices, including plant protection and beekeeping.
