Biography

Aritz Obregón is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of the Basque Country/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, with a research stay at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. His research focuses on the uses of force used to combat non-state actors, especially international terrorism, and now "international sanctions" and unilateral coercive measures. He also has teaching experience in the subject of Public International Law and an interest in the analysis of Public International Law through film, as well as in some aspects of International Space Law.
