Biography

I am an accomplished academic and researcher with extensive experience across educational and consultancy roles. Currently, I serve as an Associate Professor at Subharti University, Meerut (October 2024 - present), where I also lead the Institute Innovation Council (IIC) and E-Cell, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship among students. Prior to this, I was the Dean of Science at Vinayak Vidyapeeth, Meerut (September 2023 - October 2024), where I held key positions such as Convener of the IIC, Mentor for the E-Cell, and In-Charge of the Examination Cell, NAAC, and IQAC, contributing to academic and institutional excellence. My leadership extends to my role as Director at Opulence Life Science, Meerut (August 2021 - September 2023), where I organized training programs and workshops, supported scholarship opportunities, and provided curriculum guidance. My commitment to student development includes mentoring Ph.D. and PG students in research. Before this, I was an Assistant Professor
