Biography

Industrial Engineer with a master's and doctorate in Industrial Engineering and a solid track record in teaching and research. Extensive experience in managing innovation projects, technology transfer, and scientific and technological policies. Demonstrated ability in project evaluation, knowledge network creation, and the articulation of academia, the productive sector, and the State. Noted for my analytical ability, team leadership, and results orientation in multidisciplinary environments.
