Internationalist, Master and Ph.D in International Strategic Studies by the Post-Graduate Program in International Strategic Studies (PPGEEI) of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Postgraduate in International Business by the Brazilian Association of Foreign Trade (ABRACOMEX), in conjunction with the Massachusetts Institute of Business (MIB), Postgraduate in International Logistics by the Brazilian Association of Foreign Trade (ABRACOMEX), Bachelor in International Relations by the Federal University of Pampa (UNIPAMPA). Researcher associated with the South American Institute of Politics and Strategy (ISAPE) and the Center for Strategic Studies, Geopolitics and Regional Integration (NEEGI). Proficient in English and Spanish and student of Mandarin by the Confucius Institute (IC/UFRGS) and former student of Chinese language by the Communication University of China (CUC).
