Biography
Bidhan Nath is a PhD fellow at the University of Southern Queensland, Australia. I have pursued MSc and BSc in Agricultural Engineering from the Bangladesh Agricultural University. Currently holds the esteemed position of Senior Scientist at the Bangladesh Rice Research Institute (BRRI) since 2007. Prior to this tenure at BRRI, I served as an Instructor (Farm Machinery) at the Technical School and College in Bangladesh from 2003 to 2007. Furthermore, I contributed expertise as a Research Associate at Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh, working on the Research & Extension on Farm Power Issue (REFPI) Project between January 2002 and June 2003. I headed the agricultural mechanization, postharvest technology and renewable energy utilization. I have more than 16 years of experience in research and development work on agricultural technology.
