Biography

Over the past years, I’ve been working on assessment of drug immunogenicity in the context of observational clinical studies. During this time, I’ve implemented cutting edge technologies in our lab in order to profile patient’s serum anti-drug antibody (ADA) responses and their impact on enzyme replacement therapies. Recently, I’ve been working actively on the evaluation of the developability profile of biologics in early pre-clinical development stage. For that, I’ve been working with multiplex biophysical tools to characterize the thermal, colloidal, size distribution and binding activity of therapeutic antibody candidates.
