Biography
Full Professor at the Department of Administrative Sciences at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). Coordinator of the Undergraduate Program in Business Administration at UFRN (2013–2017 and 2022–present), Coordinator of the Professional Practice component of the Undergraduate Program in Business Administration (2021–present), Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Administration (2005–2007), Deputy State Secretary for Tourism (2007–2011), and Member of the Evaluation Advisory Committee for the Administration Area of the National Student Performance Exam (ENADE/INEP) (2015–2021).
Education
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (1990), a Master’s degree in Administration from the same institution (1997), and a Ph.D. in Administration from the University of São Paulo (2003).
