Biography
Originally trained as a Commercial Engineer, Mr. Daniel Reyes-Araya holds a Master's degree in Management and Public Management from the University of Talca -Chile. He has developed most of his academic activity (2012-2023) at the Institute for Educational Research and Development (IIDE) at the University of Talca (Maule region, Chile), in postgraduate university management, teaching in academic Master's programmes and in research and development projects in the national and subnational education system, at school and tertiary level. He has held managerial roles in public and private organisations, such as the Corporación de Desarrollo e Inversiones del Maule, the Chilean Ministry of Education and the Sistema de Formación Permanente Chilecalifica, a programme funded by the World Bank.
