Biography
I am a PhD researcher in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology at the University of North Bengal, working on deep learning methods for biological sequence-based prediction and generative model development. My research focuses on sequence based protein–protein interaction prediction, attention-based hybrid neural architectures, and transfer learning using pretrained protein language models. I also explore autoregressive and diffusion-based generative approaches for biological sequences. I have experience in large-scale GPU training, model evaluation, and deployment of model-backed web platforms for biological data analysis and visualization. My long-term goal is to develop robust generative and predictive frameworks that advance computational protein interaction modeling and protein binder design.
