Biography

Dr. Kuldeep Bahuguna is serving as an Assistant Professor in College of Legal Studies, COER University, Roorkee, Haridwar, Uttarakhand. He earned his doctorate in law from the University of Technology, Jaipur, an LL.M and LL.B from Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal (Central) University, and an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University. His academic training combines advanced legal scholarship with management studies, supporting an interdisciplinary approach to research and teaching in law. ​His competencies include legal research, litigation support, legal drafting, legal review, and regulatory analysis, with a particular interest in identifying and solving complex legal problems in contemporary regulatory environments. He engages with a broad range of legal domains, including civil and criminal law, contract and company law, intellectual property rights, family law, human rights, banking law, and mass media law, while continuously updating his expertise and methodological skills.
