Biography
Dr. Mita Mehta is a Professor in the Faculty of Management. She has more than two decades of experience in academics, research, and consultancy. Her areas of interest are Governance, Employee engagement, and Ethics. She is a certified ADEPT-15 Expert Practitioner. She has been awarded the Emerald Literati Award 2022 for outstanding reviewer work. She has also been awarded as best HR professor by the Dewang Mehta Foundation in 2012 and The Great Researcher Award 2020 by IRDP for her research expertise. She has a doctorate in corporate governance in the Indian corporate sector. She has published more than 80 research papers and two books. She has recently published 2 patents under the Indian Patent Office. She has taken various sessions with students, researchers, and employees in the past few years on various topics.
