Dr. Rasha A. Waheeb, PhD, Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering – Sustainability and Smart Cities, University of Baghdad, Iraq, PhD in Civil Engineering, NTNU – Faculty of Engineering, Norway Research Interests: Sustainable Urban Development, Smart Cities, Post-War Reconstruction, AI-driven Decision Making, Urban Resilience.
