Biography
My zest towards exploring new arenas of HR brought myself into industry from teaching. I am continuously working on the diversified profile of HR, admin and research at Balaji Multiflex Pvt. Ltd. (BMPL) with the position of GM – HR. The present profile at Atmiya as Director is a area to develope the education infromation studio in one click. Which provides need base information, research, content, visual management, Data etc. This creates a value addition in current market demand to enhance or develop the skill in education, manufacturing or service industry. Prior to this, I was working with GLS University where I got the opportunity to conduct core research activities apart from teaching HR/OB subjects. University granted the position
