Biography
Dr. Santhosh Prabhu currently working as Head of the Department of Law at SDM Law College, Centre for PG Studies & Research in Law, Mangalore, Karnataka, with over 17 years of academic experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses. He holds a Ph.D. in Law from Alliance University and has additional qualifications in Business & Trade Laws, Human Resource Management, Sociology, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). His research interests lie at the intersection of Intellectual Property Rights, Competition Law, Corporate Governance, Environmental Law, Higher Education Policy, Labour Laws, and Human Rights. Dr. Prabhu has published extensively in national and international journals (including Scopus-indexed publications), contributed to edited volumes, and authored book chapters.
