Biography
She was the Founder and Director of the Institute of Housing and Urbanism, and the Director of the Master's Program in Urban and Regional Planning at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. She is currently Associate Professor at the same University. She has been the Principal Investigator of works on the Quality Index and Housing Patterns for Low-Income Sectors in Bogota, and on Urban Interactions and Future Mobility in Bogota. Director of the consultancy for the elaboration of the Technical Regulation of Quality for the Housing subject to the Family Housing Subsidy, among others. Member of the Curatorial and Editorial Committee of the temporary and itinerant exhibition and the book Le Corbusier en Bogotá 1947-1951, in collaboration with the universities of Los Andes, Nacional de Colombia, and Tadeo Lozano. Recently she has been Co-Researcher in works on "The Global Street" and "The City and Social Progress" directed by Richard Sennett and Saskia Sassen. During her doctoral studies
Education
Architect, Specialist in Housing from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, UNAM. Ph.D. in Urbanism and Extraordinary Doctorate Award from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia for her thesis on Le Corbusier, Sert, and Wiener's Plan for Bogota.
