Biography

IT executive with over 30 years of experience, PhD candidate and Master in Management Systems, with a focus on technology management, processes, quality, artificial intelligence and ESG practices. Has a solid track record in IT service and project management, governance, systems development and maintenance, quality and innovation, having worked in organizations from multiple sectors, including telecom, consulting, financial services, insurance, retail, energy, mining, oil and gas, logistics and the public sector. Specialist in quality and process improvement programs, maturity models and corporate certifications (such as CMMI, MPS.Br and ISO), with strong command of management and strategy frameworks and methodologies (BSC, OKR, PMBOK, BPM CBOK, BABOK, COBIT, ITIL, Scrum) and AI applications for management, also working as a lecturer, researcher in sustainable management systems at UFF, and board member of ABPMP Brazil – Rio de Janeiro Chapter, responsible for CBPP certification.
