14+ years of experience in teaching management students both UG and PG). Areas of interest are Training, Ergonomics, Work Stress, Work Life Balance and General Management. Contributed to academics by conducting and attending conferences, webinars, seminars, conclave, panel discussions, FDPs and MDPs. In the area of research contributed as reviewer, session chair and published research papers, books and chapters Nationally and Internationally (Scopus Indexed journals). Delivered Guest lectures in various Institutes. Member of WICCI, AIMS, MTC global. In the career been a continuous learner.
