Biography
Professor at the State University of Feira de Santana (UEFS), where teaches in the postgraduate and undergraduate programs in History; member of the Laboratory of History and Memory of Class Struggle - LABELU, registered in the National Directory of Research Groups of CNPq; experience in the areas of Research Methodology and Contemporary History, with an emphasis on the history of left-wing parties and movements; carries out research and teaching activities (including supervision) that primarily address the following themes: history of socialism and left-wing parties in Brazil and Latin America, intellectuals and the organization of culture, Marxism and History, history of social struggles, and theory of History; holds a doctorate in History from the Federal Fluminense University (2005), a master's degree in Political Science from the Federal University of Pernambuco (1997), and a Bachelor's degree in History from the State University of Feira de Santana
