Biography
Eduardo Vítor Rodrigues (1971) holds a PhD in Sociology since 2006, by the Faculty of Arts, University of Porto (FLUP). He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology. He holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management, concluded in 2025. He holds a Postgraduate Program in Transition to Sustainability at Nova/SBE. He concluded the Open Executive Program "Risco Geopolítico e Estratégia para Executivos" at Porto Business School, in partnership with the Instituto de Defesa Nacional (National Defense Institute). He is National Defense Auditor since June 2020 (IDN). He is a Principal Researcher at the Institute of Sociology of FLUP. He works in the areas of Sociology of Poverty, Political Sociology, Migrations, State, Social Policy and Development.
