Biography
Full Professor in public law, Fabien BOTTINI holds the NC2040 Chair at Le Mans University and an Innovation Chair at Institut Universitaire de France. After focusing on the phenomenon of the "economization" of public law driven by a certain economic rationality in the 1980s, his research since the health crisis has shifted to its "ecolomization." This term refers to aligning legal rules with ecological transition within a framework that supports sustainable economic development. For this reason, he created and manages the "Dev-eco" section for WEKA Editions and founded and directs the "Law & ecolomY" series for Legitech Editions and published several collective and individual books, as a dissertation on The Criminal Protection of Public Decision-Makers (LGDJ 2008) and an essay on The economic action of public authorities.
Education
Doctor of Public Law and holder of an Habilitation to Supervise Research.
