Biography

My research mainly focuses on cancer and the molecular mechanisms underlying diseases. I conduct cancer research by utilizing established cancer cell lines or mouse models to study tumor initiation, progression, and treatment. My research involves various techniques such as primary culture, tumor inoculation, histopathology, immunohistochemistry, PCR, qRT-PCR, mutation analysis, Western Blotting, whole mount analysis of mammary glands, carcinogens treatment, cytokine analysis, apoptosis assay, autophagy flux analysis, and other molecular techniques.

Education

PhD Molecular Pathology / Institute of Pathology, Jena Hospital University, Jena / Germany
