I am Dr. Hans Kaushik, a three-time UGC NET qualified academic at Dayalbagh Educational Institute (NAAC "A+" university). With a BBA-MBA Integrated, M.Phil., and Ph.D., I focus on educational pedagogy, agribusiness, quality education, technology management, sustainability, and systems approach in management. My research aims to bridge theory and practice, enhance educational frameworks, and foster future-ready professionals through innovative, sustainable, and practical learning solutions.
