Biography
PhD in Mechanical Engineering from São Paulo State University (UNESP) with Postdoctoral studies in Project Management and New Product Development at the same institution. Holds a Master's degree in Management Systems from Fluminense Federal University (UFF), an MBA in Enterprise Management from Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), and Specializations in Corporate Finance (Rural Rio de Janeiro State Federal University - UFRRJ) and Public Administration (Rio de Janeiro Federal University - UNIRIO). Also, a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ). Currently a Full Professor of Industrial Engineering at Rio de Janeiro State University. With 27 years of experience in industrial operations and services, has held executive and technical positions in companies such as Xerox, Flextronics, White Martins, CBV, Siemens, etc., in Brazil, USA, and Canada.
