Biography

PhD student in Design at the State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC), where he also completed his master's degree in Clothing and Fashion Design. His academic career combines clothing, costume, and fashion design with cultural and performance practices. In his doctoral studies, he investigates how design, combined with human factors, can contribute to the effectiveness and collaboration of multigenerational teams in the corporative environment.
