Biography

Dr. Revati Ramrao Rautrao is an accomplished academician with a prolific contribution to research and education. He is a distinguished academician and leadership mentor with 20+ years of experience in HR and academia. Currently an Associate Professor at Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School, Pune, she holds a B.Com., B.A., B.Ed., M.A., M.Phil., PGDBM., MBA., and Ph.D. in Management with expertise in HRM. She has authored 10 books, including publications with Springer Nature, Taylor & Francis, and Apple Academic Press (AAP). Her scholarly contributions also include 29 book chapters, of which several are indexed in Scopus, along with Scopus-indexed journal publications; Scopus, Springer, Nature, Taylor & Francis, IGI Global and ABDC-ranked journals; and UGC-CARE-listed journal articles.
