Luy Tan Nguyen

Biography

Luy Nguyen Tan (Senior Member, IEEE ) received the B.S. and M.Sc. degrees in computer science and automation and control engineering and Ph.D. degree in automation from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Vietnam, in 1996, 2006, and 2015, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Automatic Control Department, Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (FEEE), Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Vietnam. His current research interests include adaptive dynamic programming, distributed control, large-scale systems, and machine learning. He is currently serving as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering, and Franklin Open, a Section Editor for ASEAN Engineering Journal, an Editorial Board Member for Scientific Reports (Q1), and Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Control Systems.
