Biography

He is currently Head of the "Department of Obesity, Diabetes and Risk Cardiovascular", President of the “College of Nutrition Teachers and Health”, Coordinator of the “Master in Health Public with specialization in Nutrition”, “Coordinator of the “Master in Clinical Nutrition”, Professor of the Doctorate in Population Nutrition, and Coordinator of the Nutrition Biochemistry Laboratory at the Institute National Public Health. He is a member of the National System of Researchers (SNI 3-CONAHCYT) and researcher at the Boston Nutrition Obesity Research Center.

Education

Medical Surgeon with Master's and Doctorate in Nutrition and Public Health. Realized Postdoctorate at the School of Health Harvard University Public School.
