Biography

“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” - Hipocrates (460b.C. - 370b.C.). Since we are children they teach us that Nutrition is one of the pillars in the life (Nutrition-Relationship-Reproduction) awakening a huge curiosity in this field. It was not until I graduated from high school that I discovered two novel sciences with the desire to eat traditional Dietetics and Nutrition, Nutrigenomics and Nutrigenetics, which created a great fascination on me and a great desire to help them advance and reach a point where they can be applied. So I decided to dedicate myself to it. I have studied the Degree of Human Nutrition and Dietetics at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili, I have completed a Master in Nutrigenomics and Personalized Nutrition at the Universitat de les Illes Balears and I have recently completed a Postgraduate degree called Expert University in Clinical Nutrition in Oncology at the Universidad Francisco from Vitoria.
