1995-2001 - primary school teacher, music teacher at secondary school No. 79 in Minsk. 2003 – 2004 - teacher of the department of private methods of the faculty of advanced training of education specialists, institute of advanced training and retraining of the BSPU. 2004 – 2015 - Dean of the Faculty of Advanced Training of Education Specialists of the Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining of the BSPU. 2015 - present - Director of the Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of the BSPU.

higher education 1988 – 1993 - Minsk State Pedagogical Institute named after Maxim Gorky, majoring in Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education with an additional specialty in Music. Qualifications: primary school teacher, music teacher.
