Biography

Chandrabhan Patel (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the M.Tech. degree in mechatronics from PDPM-IIIT Jabalpur, Jabalpur, India, in 2017. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Indore, Indore, India. His current research interests include the synthesis of monolayer 2-D transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD) material via chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and metal oxides for gas sensing applications. Mr. Patel received the Madhya Pradesh (MP) Young Scientist Award in 2022 in Electrical Engineering.
